Rs. 6000/- for multiple entry by draft in favour of "CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION", payable at New Delhi to be sent with documents.

- Visa not issued on inserts
- Family Fee Rs. 16,000/- with children below 18 years.
- 1 Form for family with children below 18 years.
- Blank Passport come personally.
- Pax should be travelled to one or more of the following countries within the last 5 years: Canada/U.S.A./Australia/U.K./New Zealand
OR
have valid visas for:
U.S.A./Australia/U.K./New Zealand
- If the Pax is above 60 years, his documents can be processed in the drop box, provided the following documents should be given:
a. Notarised invititation from sponser.
b. IMM 1000/ passport copy of the sponser.
c. RECENT T-4 (notice of assessment) of the sponser.
